CARBOXY METHYL TAMARIND (CMT)

Application:

CMT is suitable for printing on polyester & polyester blended fabric with disperse dyes.

Preparation:

Stock paste:                          CMT                         8 Kgs.

                                              Water                  + 92 Kgs.

                                              Total                     100 Kgs.

Cold preparation:

Take required amount of CMTpowder to prepare stock paste and add slowly under vigorous stirring with the help of high speed stirrer in to cold water for 15 to 30 minutes. Care should be taken to avoid lump formation. Keep the stock paste for 4 - 6 hours for complete swelling.

Packaging

Textil Printing Thickener : 25/50 Kg. HDPE laminated paper bag with PE lining.
